The victim, aged around 40, was reportedly walking on the Outer Ring Road when an unidentified vehicle struck him in the early hours; RGI Airport police have launched a probe.

Hyderabad: A man aged around 40 years died in a hit-and-run road accident at Outer Ring Road, Shamshabad, on Wednesday, February 25, in the early hours.

The man, who is yet to be identified, came onto the ORR and was reportedly walking when an unknown vehicle hit him. The man died of head injuries in the accident.

On information, the RGI Airport police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary.
