Located in Kompally, the store is designed to replicate a real kitchen environment, allowing customers to interact with the brand’s product range, including Android-powered chimneys, Plug ‘N’ Play Chimneys, hobtops, and cooktops. The space aims to bridge the gap between online discovery and in-store experience by demonstrating product functionality in real time.
The move comes on the back of strong demand from Hyderabad, which ranks among the company’s top three markets by e-commerce revenue. Products such as the Plug ‘N’ Play Chimney and Smart Timer Hob have seen particularly strong traction in the region.
Commenting on the launch, Eshwar K Vikas, Founder and CEO, said, “Hyderabad has been one of our strongest markets, and our customers here have shown a clear intent to experience our products before purchase. This experience store is our response to that — it's about accelerating conversions, building deeper trust, and unlocking the next phase of growth in a market that's already delivering strong momentum. We expect to scale to nearly three times our current sales in the region over the next 6 to 12 months, and this store is the foundation for that growth.”
The Hyderabad outlet marks the beginning of a wider offline expansion plan, with the company targeting five cities by the end of FY26. Key markets include Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Hyderabad, where additional stores are expected to be rolled out over the next six months.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Beyond Appliances focuses on smart kitchen technologies designed to enhance everyday cooking experiences. The company manufactures its products in India and was founded by Eshwar K Vikas and Rakesh Patil, who previously co-founded Mukunda Foods, a kitchen automation solutions provider serving brands such as Wow Momo, ITC, and Haldiram’s.
