Bengaluru: M3M India has announced a ₹14,500 crore capital deployment to accelerate construction across its 45+ million sq. ft. under-development portfolio. The programme will be funded through internal accruals and working capital, with the company maintaining a zero-debt balance sheet.
As part of this plan, the company has identified 7.8 million sq. ft. for completion by FY27 across five key projects in Gurugram, including M3M Capital 113, M3M Antalya Hills 79, M3M Capital Walk 113, M3M Paragon 57, and M3M Jewel 25. Residential developments account for 5.8 million sq. ft., while the remaining 2.0 million sq. ft. comprises mixed-use commercial projects.
The delivery pipeline is supported by an in-house project management system, established contractor partnerships, and dedicated execution teams operating across sites. The company currently has over 45 million sq. ft. under development across multiple projects in the region.

Our strong cash flows, financial discipline and continued investor confidence allow us to accelerate construction while maintaining complete financial independence and delivery certainty for our customers and partners.”
